Event Manager just will not work on my computer. I've already right-clicked on the folder to which I want the scans to go and checked the box "Replace all child object permissions with inheritable permissions from this object , and then click Ok.

This corrected one error: the scanner now picks up my computer. But it then does not scan. I assume this is due to the lack of the Event Manager. Thank you! I want to add that we can scan with a USB cable, but we'd like to do it with our WiFi but that is what does not work. Was this reply helpful? Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. This is the equivalent of what I used, but for the driver section of Epson's page for your model.. I would think that this is all you should need.. Sumit Independent Advisor Independent Advisor. The printer is compatible with Windows 10 so there should be no problems. Have you tried installing Scan Smart? There is no need to buy paid products to fix your computers as they do more harm than good sometimes. How satisfied are you with this reply? Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. It turned out that most was unneeded and unwanted.. In reply to Sumit Independent Advisor 's post on November 21, I checked and Scan Smart is already installed.

I also tried downloading event manager many times, working with an Epson tech and it didn't work. Thus the USB solution! In reply to slance's post on November 21, I have Scan 2 Utility already installed but don't see the other two.
